Treehopper Screw-in Pedals use the existing hole created by our Hand Drill or Cordless drill bits. They are 3/4" longer with a very aggressive screw thread which allows for them to be advanced into the tree and provide resistance over the free spinning paddles. They have a gusset that provides additional support and creates a snug fit when advanced fully into the guide hole.
We recommend 4-5 steps for a "ring-of-steps" saddle platform and using our cordless drillbit or hand drill for creating the pilot holes.
